Collaborate with internal teams to influence process quality
Determine actions to improve processes and efficiency
Recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Monitor and manage account health and performance
Provide analytical insights to support business decisions
Develop and execute account strategies aligned with PayPal's vision
Oversee onboarding, integration, and customer experience for merchants
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results aligned with account plans
Forecast revenue and report sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
Experience in account management, client success, or sales in payments/tech/finance
Strong knowledge of the payments industry and merchant needs
Proven success in growing accounts and achieving sales quotas
Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives
Cross-functional collaboration experience with product, engineering, and operations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical and strategic thinker with track record of delivering results
Proficiency with CRM tools to manage pipelines and forecast revenue adaptable strategic thinking
