ResponsabilitàOversee end-to-end development of Celebrities garments from design handover to final sample approval and delivery
Coordinate with Design, Pattern Making, internal Atelier, external suppliers and artisans throughout the process
Oversee prototype development, fittings and garment adjustments to ensure feasibility and alignment with creative vision
Prioritize and resolve urgent requests and last-minute changes while maintaining quality standards
Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery
Foster effective cross-functional communication among all stakeholders on Celebrities projects
Requisiti fondamentaliMinimum 6 years of RTW Celebrities Product Development experience in luxury fashion
Strong technical expertise in garment construction, luxury fabrics, fitting and artisanal techniques
Proven ability to manage urgent requests, challenges and tight deadlines with a proactive approach
Excellent organizational, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail, autonomy, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Fluency in Italian and English
