In this role, you support Cleafy's mission to shift left fraud management by acting as a trusted advisor to CISOs and security leaders at major banks. You will drive technical discovery, PoCs, and demonstrations, showing how Cleafy integrates with enterprise security infrastructure. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor value propositions and gather market feedback to guide product and marketing efforts.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines cybersecurity expertise with strategic storytelling to reduce fraud risk. and other security tools Collaborate with fraud teams under the CISO to align Cleafy with fraud risk management strategies Report market insights and customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams Lead Technology Deep Dive meetings with customers in collaboration with Product Specialists Represent Cleafy at industry events and expert discussions with security professionals Support regional value proposition tuning with Product and Marketing teams Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and security assessments to build customer confidence Assist in coordinating with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey 3+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or security consulting focused on enterprise cybersecurity and fraud prevention Hands-on experience with enterprise security stacks (SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, and network security) Ability to articulate security-driven fraud reduction strategies to CISOs and security teams Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish a plus Strong public-speaking presence at conferences and executive roundtables Technical academic background in cybersecurity or related field (plus) Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams Strategic thinking and customer-centric storytelling SIEM IAM/CIAM Solution Engineer South Europe - Cybersecurity & Fraud Prevention • cagliari, sardegna, it
