Key Responsibilities Adopt & Develop AI SolutionsEvaluate and implement the most suitable AI platforms and tools to support Conversational Commerce needs, prioritizing cost-effectiveness, scalability, and fast deployment. AI Agents & Intent RecognitionBuild and deploy advanced AI-driven agents to accurately detect user intent, manage conversational flows, and deliver personalized responses across text, audio, and image.

Analysis & Dynamic FlowsCombine real-time sentiment analysis with adaptive flows to personalize interactions, increasing customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
Conversational
Commerce (cCommerce)recommendations, and streamlined customer journeys. Collaboration & IntegrationsWork closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure AI systems integrate seamlessly with existing platforms.
