Responsibilities

- Lead the overall operation of the store, ensuring the achievement of commercial and operational objectives.
- Define goals and priorities for the management team (Deputy Store Manager and Team Leaders).
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of the management team, promoting their professional development.
- Make strategic decisions to improve sales, productivity, and customer experience.
- Analyze store KPIs, detect deviations, and implement action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal protocols.
- Manage the entire workforce, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.




- Plan the necessary human and operational resources according to the store's workflow.
- Represent the store to company management, participating in meetings, and reporting results.
- Coordinate sales campaigns, visual merchandising changes, and product launches.
- Oversee the proper execution of all areas: customer service, cashier, stock, warehouse, visual merchandising, and maintenance.
- Ensure a positive work environment, fostering team motivation and cohesion.
- Effectively delegate responsibilities and monitor compliance.
