The Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations across the region, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery.
- Provide strategic direction and operational governance while managing a multi-level team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to maintain payroll performance and manage risk.
- Oversee payroll audits, process documentation, and system enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze payroll KPIs and data to identify trends and implement effective solutions.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources, or 7–9 years of related payroll experience.
- 3–5 years of experience managing complex regional payrolls with a focus on tax, compliance, and labor laws.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage team performance and lead through change.
- CPP certification and strong strategic thinking skills regarding payroll and tax implications.
What's On Offer
- Annual salary of €45,950 – €63,350, plus a 10% target premio.
