Today, all of our sites are part of this transformative journey—including our Osimo plant, proudly awarded the WCM Silver Medal in March 2024.
We are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support activities related to production, planning, and process optimization. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a structured manufacturing environment, working closely with multiple departments to support the achievement of quality, cost, and service objectives.
Your Mission
- Standardize workflows: Create SOPs, One Point Lessons, and maintenance standards.
- Drive performance: Monitor KPIs and support daily Gemba meetings.
- Support production planning and scheduling activities.
- Lead improvements: Participate in Kaizen projects and root cause analysis.

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Engineering.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic industrial process knowledge.
