Our client is an established international manufacturer of DJ equipment, well regarded by DJs, producers and the retailers who serve them. Its products reach the market through a carefully managed network of specialist dealers and leading retail partners. Having built a strong position, the company now grows by developing the wider professional and consumer DJ market together with its partners. As part of its continued investment in Italy, it is expanding its field team.
As Business Development Executive, you will be the company’s day-to-day presence with its retailers across Italy. You will train dealer sales staff, bring the products to life in store through merchandising and workshops, and act as a business adviser, helping retailers improve their websites, social media and local partnerships. You will also support the company at trade shows, festivals and events.
Reporting to the Country Manager Italy, you will work with real autonomy as part of a close-knit European team.
You will bring a commercial sales background, ideally into specialist or consumer retail channels, and a genuine love of music and DJ culture. Whether you come from the DJ industry or from another consumer technology or B2C business sector, you are an enthusiastic team player and a confident presenter, with fluent Italian, good English and a willingness to travel.
- home-based position with a company car where regular travel throughout the country is expected.
