Perfetti Van Melle in Lainate, IT, is seeking an HR Advisor to join our HR team. You will manage employee relations end to end, coach managers on performance and development, translate global policies into local practice, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

You will maintain data quality in HRIS, liaise between Global HR CoE and local needs, support workforce data insights and reporting, and escalate complex issues to HR Business Partners.
