GRS Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading international organisation within the Oil & Gas and Energy sector, currently seeking a Material & Customs Coordinator to join an upcoming project in Cyprus. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an innovative project, with the position offered on a temporary contract basis for approximately 24-36 months. The successful candidate must speak fluent Greek & English with experience in logistics, materials management, customs coordination, or supply chain operations.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound material flows to support operational requirements. Manage import/export and customs clearance activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Company procedures.
Ensure inventory accuracy, material traceability, and proper logistics documentation. Coordinate internal stakeholders, warehouse teams, contractors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely material delivery and effective collaboration.
Support logistics contract management and monitor logistics and customs performance through reporting and KPI tracking.
Ensure compliance with Company HSE procedures and applicable safety requirements in all logistics and customs activities. CANDIDATE PROFILE Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in logistics, materials management, customs coordination, or supply chain operations.
Solid knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, HS Codes, and Incoterms.
Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and material traceability.
Experience in coordinating logistics contractors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation service providers. Good knowledge of SAP MM or equivalent ERP systems. Fluent in both Greek & English is mandatory.
