JinkoSolar Europe is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its European legal team in Milan. The successful candidate will report to the General Counsel Europe and will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements and legal documents across multiple European jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities include providing legal advice on contract negotiations, supporting the implementation of regulatory requirements,
developing document templates, and assisting with litigations and disputes. Eligibility:
Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor Degree from a European university (post‐graduate education like an LL.M. is a plus). Requirements include 5-6 years of experience in an international corporate legal department or law firm, with mandatory experience or understanding of the solar industry. Candidates should possess excellent drafting skills, a problem-solving attitude, and impeccable fluency in English. Knowledge of both civil and common law systems is considered an asset. Deadline:
