Are you looking for a young, dynamic, and international work environment? Join our Finance – Planning & Control (FP&A;)team and gain hands-on experience supporting business decisions and monitoringstore performance in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Support monthly closing and reporting activities,



ensuring dataaccuracy and consistency; - Consolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningfulbusiness insights - Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations forinternal stakeholders - Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identifykey business drivers; - Act as business partner with Finance, Retail, and Operations teamsto support performance improvement actions; - Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Management - Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint; - Basic knowledge of accounting, financial reporting; - Proactive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine interest in retail andbeauty industry dynamics; - Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Experience within a dynamic and growing beauty retail environment; - Exposure to core Finance and Controlling processes (reporting,budgeting, forecasting); - Direct interaction with cross-functional teams and businessstakeholders; Ready to start your career in Finance and make an impact in thebeauty industry?
