Italy Regional Sales Manager - Xiaomi Technology

- Target Delivery: Own full-channel Sell-in (SI), Sell-through (ST), Sell-out (SO) targets and retail market share for the assigned territory. Ensure execution and delivery of key retail priorities, including sales policies and flagship retail projects.
- Partner Relationship Management: Own relationship management with distributors and key channel customers in the territory.
- Team Management: Lead territory sales team, oversee retail execution, and manage the Field Force (FF) team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of retail industry experience, with at least 3 years of regional management experience; consumer electronics background is preferred.
- Deep understanding of Italian retail operation model,
with proven track record of regional business development & management.
- English as working language for daily business communication.
- Strong regional planning capability, sharp market insight to accurately capture market trends.
- Team leadership & people management skills, capable of motivating teams to hit business targets.
- Excellent communication & cross-party coordination skills to liaise with channel headquarters, retail stores and partners.
- High resilience under pressure; able to tackle challenges in dynamic and complex market environment.
