Join a dynamic, remote-first creative team as an In-House Content Creator on a freelance basis, producing engaging content that helps brands stand out in the digital advertising landscape. You will combine creativity, storytelling, and an understanding of social media trends to develop compelling content aligned with campaign objectives. Working across text, images, and short-form video, you will help transform creative ideas into impactful digital assets.

Accountabilities: As an In-House Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing creative content that supports brand objectives and digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with internal collaborators to bring ideas to life, maintain quality standards, and ensure that content resonates with its intended audience. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Develop high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand voice, creative direction, and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute creative projects.
- Produce multimedia content, including written copy, images, and short-form videos,



according to project needs.
- Create content tailored to digital platforms and social media channels.
- Stay informed about social media trends, emerging formats, and creative best practices to develop relevant content.
- Adapt content based on feedback and revise deliverables to meet creative expectations.
- Maintain consistent quality across all content and ensure deliverables meet agreed deadlines.
- Manage your workload independently and communicate effectively with team members in a remote working environment.

Requirements: The ideal candidate is a creative, adaptable, and organised professional with experience producing engaging digital content and a strong understanding of social media platforms. You should be comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and using creative tools to turn ideas into effective content. The following qualifications and skills are expected:

- Proven experience in content creation or a similar role.
- A portfolio or examples demonstrating your creative abilities, storytelling skills, and content production experience.
- Required: Include links to your TikTok and Instagram profiles or other relevant social media channels in your CV.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva,



or equivalent software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, current trends, and digital content formats.
- Ability to create engaging content across different formats, including text, images, and short-form videos.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Openness to feedback and the ability to adapt creative work quickly to changing requirements.
