prioritizing activities and maintaining quality Manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization to ensure timely delivery Ensure cross-functional communication and alignment among all stakeholders involved in Celebrities projects Requisiti fondamentali Minimum 6 years of experience in RTW Celebrities Product Development within luxury fashion Strong technical expertise in garment construction, luxury fabrics, fitting and artisanal techniques Proven ability to manage urgent requests, unexpected challenges and tight deadlines with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Excellent organizational, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail, autonomy, flexibility and ability to perform under pressure Fluency in Italian and English strong communication stakeholder management problem-solving garment construction luxury fabrics fittings
