About the job Greece-Based Bilingual Spanish Customer Support, Relocation Support Included

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist customers with their products, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle calls, messages, and emails from customers.
- Provide info and support on the company's products (vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair tools, etc.)
- Troubleshoot technical problems.
- Manage warranty claims and repairs.
- Recommend products based on customer needs.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with professional communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
- Relocate to Greece.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude in handling concerns
- Experience in customer or tech support is a plus
