This is a founding investment partnership opportunity. The selected individual will enter Institute Itech as a Global Investment Partner, formal equity stakeholder, and Board Member — contributing capital, venture expertise, and global network to one of Italy’s most ambitious deep-tech research institutions.

Institute Itech is entering a strategic phase of international expansion and capital development, with active operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. At this stage, the Institute is selectively opening its investment and governance structure to a limited number of globally experienced investors who share its long-term vision and wish to participate in its growth from a position of genuine influence.

About the Opportunity:

Institute Itech is seeking a Global Investment Partner — a senior investor with a proven international track record in venture capital, startup investment, and high-growth company development, who wishes to deploy capital into a distinctive deep-tech institution and contribute actively to its strategic evolution.

The Global Investment Partner will bring not only financial commitment in the range of €500,000 – €2,000,000+, but also the venture expertise, global network, and strategic relationships that accelerate growth, open institutional doors, and position Institute Itech competitively in international markets.

In return, the selected individual will acquire a formal equity stake in Institute Itech and hold a seat on the Board of Directors, participating directly in the most significant decisions shaping the organization’s future across capital strategy, project development, and international expansion.





This is an opportunity for an investor who understands the value of entering a high-potential deep-tech institution early — and who wants to be more than a financial contributor: a recognized partner, a governance voice, and a co-architect of the Institute’s global trajectory.

Areas of Contribution:

Capital Investment & Equity Entry

- Deploy a direct capital investment in the range of €500,000 – €2,000,000+ into Institute Itech, structured through a formal equity agreement
- Acquire a meaningful ownership stake proportionate to the investment commitment
- Participate in the long-term value creation of Institute Itech’s proprietary project portfolio
- Contribute to future capital rounds and financial strategy decisions as a core equity stakeholder

Board Participation & Strategic Governance

- Hold a formal seat on Institute Itech’s Board of Directors
- Participate in strategic planning, financial oversight, and key institutional decisions
- Contribute governance-level guidance on investment priorities, international positioning, and organizational development
- Exercise shareholder rights within Institute Itech’s governance structure proportionate to equity held

Venture Expertise & Startup Ecosystem Support

- Bring deep venture capital and startup investment expertise to Institute Itech’s internal development strategy
- Support the structuring of future investment rounds, co-investor relationships, and capital strategies
- Advise on go-to-market strategies, product commercialization, and scaling frameworks drawn from direct VC experience
- Contribute to the development of Institute Itech’s flagship projects as investable, market-ready ventures

Global Network & Deal Flow

- Leverage a global investor and institutional network to open strategic doors for Institute Itech across geographies and sectors
- Facilitate introductions to co-investors, strategic partners, corporate acquirers, and institutional stakeholders
- Represent Institute Itech at international investment forums, innovation conferences, and high-level industry events
- Contribute to the Institute’s positioning within global deep-tech and venture ecosystems

Project Portfolio Value Creation

- Participate in the strategic oversight of Memoria™, Oxyleaf™, Terra™, Polaris™, Balloon™, and Biocity™
- Contribute to commercialization, licensing, partnership, and exit strategy decisions at board level
- Support the identification of synergies between Institute Itech’s projects and the investor’s existing portfolio or network

Profile We Are Looking For

- Seasoned investor with a verifiable track record in venture capital, startup investment, or high-growth company development
- Minimum several years of active investment experience, with a portfolio spanning technology, deep-tech, sustainability, AI, or innovation-driven sectors
- Global network of co-investors, institutional partners,



and innovation ecosystem stakeholders
- Proven ability to add strategic value to early and growth-stage companies beyond capital deployment
- Financial standing to commit in the range of €500,000 – €2,000,000+ as a direct equity investment
- Genuine long-term orientation and conviction in Institute Itech’s mission and project portfolio
- Comfort operating within a private, individually structured equity partnership framework
- Fluent English (mandatory); Italian and/or Arabic, Mandarin, or French considered a significant asset
- Absolute discretion, integrity, and institutional credibility

Preferred Background

- Experience as venture capitalist, angel investor, family office principal, or senior investment executive
- Track record of supporting startups and scale-ups from early stage through to commercialization or exit
- Existing relationships within European, Middle Eastern, Asian, or US investment and innovation ecosystems
- Familiarity with deep-tech, environmental technology, AI, biotech, or urban innovation investment categories
- Experience as board member or advisor in high-growth private companies
- Multilingual profile with cross-cultural investment experience

Entry Terms

Investment range: €500,000 – €2,000,000+, structured as a direct equity investment in Institute Itech S.r.l.

Equity percentage, board rights, shareholder agreement terms, and the structure of the investment will be negotiated individually and confidentially based on the investor’s profile, commitment level, and strategic contribution.

All terms are discussed privately and directly with Institute Itech’s founding leadership team.
