Role Summary: As District Parts & Service Manager you will be achieving targets A/S of Dealers in the assigned area, reaching HCX (Hyundai customer experience) target and ensuring that Dealers' facilities/equipment meet HMCI standards.
We want you to: Plan on a regular basis meeting with Dealers staff and managers Identify an action plans needed to achieve the qualitative and quantitative targets in the assigned area Monitor and report on KPIs set by HMCIEvaluate and review processes of the Authorized Workshops, with a specific focus on Customer satisfaction Dealers' staff skills assessment Define marketing activities of local dealers in accordance with HMCI guidelines and analyze of their effectiveness Analyse actions and performance of competitors in the assigned area Evaluate and contact potential new candidates to develop business in the assigned area About you:
Minimum 3 years' experience in related position Fluent English University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)Market understanding Prioritizing and Organizing Work Managing Time Profit Orientation Flexibility in zone assignement This position involves regular travel across the assigned area.
