As an Associate Account Manager (Brand Specialist) you drive growth and customer satisfaction for strategic brands within AVS. You own brand relationships, shape short- and long-term growth plans, and turn data-driven insights into customer-centric strategies. You collaborate across EU teams to implement improvements in categories like supply chain, marketing, and product management. This role offers exposure to all facets of e-commerce and meaningful impact on brand performance and customer experience.

- Drive local and EU supply‑chain operational excellence and manage stock in Fulfilment Centres
- Provide recommendations for brand marketing and advertising campaigns to promote products and improve traffic and conversion
- Plan, implement,
and manage promotional activities for events like Prime Day and collaborate with Amazon Advertising
- Grow product selection by launching new products, onboarding, and improving discoverability
- Improve end‑customer experience with initiatives like enhanced product content and competitor benchmarking
- Conduct Walk The Store sessions and oversee ramp‑ups for new products
Responsabilità
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent written and verbal communication in local language and English (C1)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in cross‑functional or client‑facing roles
Requisiti fondamentali
- base salary €31,100 (Italy) per year
