Position Summary
LifeWorx is a premier home care and staffing company providing elder care, nanny, and housekeeper services across New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, the Carolinas, and Florida. Our clients expect a concierge level of service, and we deliver it by carefully screening and vetting every caregiver and household professional, matching each to the family’s needs, and making adjustments along the way to keep our clients happy.
As an Operations Associate, you will help bring caregivers and clients together. You will connect with candidates, evaluate their experience and fit, and guide them through our onboarding process, while working closely with our operations team to keep service running smoothly. You will receive structured training from our leadership team, and your responsibilities will expand as your skills and experience grow.
Leadership Development Track
This position places you on our leadership development track, where you will learn every sector of the business. Team members on this track typically promote into a new position every 12–18 months, depending on readiness, knowledge, and the skills they develop. Along the way, you will build a broad foundation in recruiting, sales, operations, and compliance, gaining the experience to shape your own path.

What Are the Qualifications?
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, along with a minimum of 2 years of professional office experience.
- Communication & Organization: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong time-management habits.
- Work Schedule & Location: Full-time, in-office.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed for training and development.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $45,000 – $60,000
- Commission Structure: Commission is a percentage of the revenue from the clients you and your office support, paid out monthly (no draw). We guarantee a minimum of $500 – $700/week in commission for the first 6 months while you train, ramp up, and become acclimated.
- Earnings Growth: Team members typically promote into a new role within 12–18 months, depending on readiness. Moving into sales, for example, doubles your commission rate and increases your base salary.
- Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance available upon completion of the 90-day probation period. LifeWorx covers 75% of premiums.

- Paid Time Off: 7 paid holidays, 5 sick days, and 10 vacation days in your first year. Vacation increases to 15 days after one year of employment and grows by 3 additional days every 5 years of service.
