Healthfirst is seeking a Field Service Agent to serve as the in-person liaison between Healthfirst and customers. You will assist members with insurance inquiries, applications, and claims, aiming to resolve issues and educate members. Weekend rotations at Community Offices may be required.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, de-escalating conflicts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure service standards and informed, positive member experiences.
