At ABB , we help industries run leaner and cleaner. This role reports to the Agile Unit Lead in the Technology Innovation Alliance, Smart Power Division, Electrification Business Area, headquartered in Bergamo, Italy.

Responsibilities

- Assist the business manager with all business‑relevant administration tasks, including research, data verification and compilation, and creation of special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other documents.
- Share knowledge and information to keep stakeholders informed and up to date.
- Act as point of contact for internal and external inquiries via phone and email, assessing urgency and initiating appropriate action.
- Arrange business‑critical internal and external events, including travel, itineraries, accommodation booking, conference registration, and coordination with visiting speakers.

Qualifications
- Experience: at least 2 years as a Junior Assistant.
- Technical: comfortable working with SAP, MS Office, NORRD and internal procedures.
- Software: proficient with office software tools.
- Soft skills:

passion for supporting people within the organization, good collaboration and availability;

strong communication skills in Italian and English.

Compensation

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico. Minimum annual salary: €33,000. Variable pay: eligible for Company Productivity Premio. Offer tailored to location, experience, skills, and internal market positioning.
