We are currently looking for a Cyber Security Manager - that will mainly ensure:

- Define and maintain the company’s cyber security strategy.
- Develop and update security policies, standards and procedures.
- Manage the cyber risk assessment and risk mitigation plan.
- Implement and manage security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2).
- Coordinate vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.
- Oversee security systems such as:

- Firewalls
- IDS/IPS
- EDR/XDR
- SIEM
- Email security
- Web security
- PAM and IAM

- Manage cyber security incidents and coordinate incident response activities.
- Monitor security metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001 and other sector-specific regulations).
- Define and deliver security awareness programmes for staff.
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers.
- Manage budgets, investments and the technology roadmap.
- Work with senior management to define strategic priorities and improvement plans.
- Define KPIs and SLAs relating to security and networking services.




- Support internal and external audits.
- Provide regular updates to the IT Director, COO or Senior Management on the level of cyber risk and the status of the infrastructure.

Main Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security or related fields;
- 8+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Security Operations and/or GRC;
- Knowledge of NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST frameworks;
- Experience in Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring and Incident Management;
- Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP network architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of:

- Next-generation firewalls
- VPNs and Zero Trust technologies
- Network segmentation
- SIEM and SOC
- Endpoint security
- Cloud security

- Experience in managing security and migration in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Knowledge of the principles of Identity & Access Management.
- Experience with monitoring and network management systems.
- Strong managerial skills, risk-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude;
- Cybersecurity certifications will be considered a plus;

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. We are looking for a Manager (Quadro - CCNL Chimico-farma).
