We are currently looking for a Sales Manager BESS – Italy to join our team at our Headquarters in Casole d’Elsa (Siena, Italy).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Energy Storage market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Expand Pramac's market presence and support business development and marketing initiatives for Energy Storage Solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and product expert within the assigned market.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the sales strategy for the C&I; Energy Storage business.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies,
and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in sales, business development, account management, or related commercial activities.
- Experience in energy storage, renewable energy, power generation, electrical equipment, or related sectors is considered a plus.
- Availability to travel as required.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage customer interactions and support commercial growth.
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of B2B commercial environments is advantageous.
