Overview

In this role you will drive the launch of Genesis in Italy by building brand awareness and leading communications. You will manage the go-to-market strategy, ensure consistent brand identity, and collaborate with internal teams and agencies on campaigns, events, and promotions. You will plan integrated campaigns across digital, social, events, print, and PR, while cultivating strong media relationships. The position offers exposure to high-visibility projects in a dynamic, international automotive environment and a chance to shape brand perception in a new market.

Responsabilità

- Support go-to-market strategy for the Italian automotive brand
- Ensure brand identity, tone of voice, and positioning consistency across touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies on launch campaigns, events and promotions
- Coordinate with Corporate and international teams to align communications
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns (digital, social,



events, print, PR) to build awareness and engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with automotive media, lifestyle press, and industry stakeholders
- Create and distribute press materials, website content, newsletters, and social posts aligned with brand voice
- Manage media inquiries, interviews, spokesperson opportunities, and coordinate press events and media experiences
- Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, brand reputation, and trends; provide management with insights

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3–5 years in marketing, PR or brand communications
- experience with brand/product launches
- deep understanding of automotive/mobility trends
- strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media and CRM systems
- content creation and storytelling skills
- excellent organizational and project management abilities
- fluent in English and Italian
