Overview

In this role you will lead the EMEA Service Marketing strategy to drive growth across regional markets. You will align with operating units and global stakeholders to shape service offerings, support sales effectiveness, and expand market share. You’ll leverage market insights and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and deliver measurable commercial outcomes. The position combines strategic marketing, sales enablement, and customer engagement to advance the service business across the region.

Responsabilità

- Develop and execute the EMEA Service Marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives
- Define and enhance service offerings to support revenue growth and market expansion
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify opportunities
- Lead service sales enablement initiatives including training, engagement, and sales tools
- Support digital marketing, branding, conferences, and customer engagement across the service business




- Partner with Operating Units, regional teams, and global stakeholders to align priorities
- Develop business cases, market assessments, and strategic recommendations to support growth
- Monitor performance metrics and actions to improve commercial effectiveness and market impact

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience in strategic marketing, commercial strategy, product marketing, or business development
- Proven success developing and executing regional or multinational marketing strategies
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Strong use of market insights, customer research, and competitive analysis to support decisions
- Ability to travel as required within the EMEA region
