Overview
As a Regional Affairs Manager, you drive patient access across the assigned regions by shaping market access and stakeholder engagement strategies. You will collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Commercial, and Public Affairs teams to build relationships with regulators, payers, and healthcare professionals. Your work supports pricing, reimbursement, and formulary access while monitoring policy shifts. You will translate regional insights for strategic decisions and help launch and lifecycle activities from an access perspective.

Responsabilità
- Develop regional market access and stakeholder engagement plans aligned with national goals
- Foster relationships with regional health authorities, payers, hospital pharmacists, and other key stakeholders
- Support regional and local pricing, reimbursement, tender, and formulary access activities
- Monitor healthcare policy developments and identify access improvement opportunities
- Communicate regional insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Commercial, and Public Affairs teams cross-functionally
- Support product launches and lifecycle management from a market access angle
- Ensure all activities comply with regulations, compliance requirements, and company policies
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, Healthcare Management, Political Science, or related field
- Experience in Market Access, KAM, Healthcare Relations, or field-based pharmaceutical roles
- Good understanding of Italian National and Regional Healthcare Systems
- Knowledge of pricing, reimbursement, market access pathways, and tender processes
- Fluent in Italian and English
