As Sales Account Manager Italy, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our presence in the Italian market. You will combine a strategic outlook with a hands‑on commercial approach.
You will lead and support our network of agents, driving growth in both baby specialty stores and large‑scale retail. In addition, you will directly manage and further develop a portfolio of key accounts.
Your responsibilities:

- Manage, motivate, and support agents across Italy
- Expand our presence in baby specialty retail and mass distribution channels
- Manage, follow up, and develop key account relationships
- Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs
- Identify market trends and new commercial opportunities
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service and supply chain teams
- Travel regularly within Italy
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and customer meetings
- You will translate internal commercial strategies into action and continuously improve the end‑to‑end sales process via our CRM platform (Dynamics 365).
- Proven experience in a commercial or sales role (FMCG/retail experience is a plus)
- Experience working with agents or distributors
- Strong commercial insight and negotiation skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results‑oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building xlwpduy skills
- Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel frequently
