As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you will tackle complex platform-wide problems for top clients and drive secure, reliable operations. You'll manage client systems data, deliver day-to-day solutions, and ensure security compliance while prioritizing tickets with technicians. The role sits at the intersection of modernization and day-to-day service, offering exposure to varied industries and opportunities to propose modernization options. Responsabilità

- Solve complex issues across platforms and services for clients
- Manage systems data and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance




- Oversee a queue of assignments and prioritize tickets to deliver optimal client outcomes
- Recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities
- Cultivate relationships with other teams and stakeholders
- Work with clients across industries (banking, retail) and adapt to varied environments

Requisiti fondamentali

- Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management
- VMware ESX experience
- Public/private cloud management
- Microsoft Active Directory and federation services (preferred)
- Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as code)
- Vulnerability management (preferred)
