Room Service Operations Lead

Hosco.com is hiring to oversee and optimize room service operations within the hotel. You will manage the room service team, schedule shifts, and assign duties while ensuring adherence to the hotel's standards.
You will work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery, maintain inventory, and monitor guest feedback to resolve issues professionally. Knowledge of Micros is a plus, and a strong focus on cost controls and safety is expected.
