Overview
As Regional Account Manager, you will drive sales growth and uncover opportunities across Italy within a multinational services company. You will partner with regional operations and global teams to maximize capacity, shape long-term deals, and align contracts with customer needs. You'll build and deepen relationships in the Italian market while supporting regional sales targets. This role offers meaningful impact through cross-functional collaboration and strategic customer engagement.
Responsabilità
- Drive top-line growth across assigned accounts in Italy
- Generate and convert business opportunities; execute the sales strategy
- Collaborate with regional operations to maximize capacity utilization
- Coordinate with global sales, commercial, and legal teams to develop LTAs and contracts
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships in the Italian market and support regional targets
Requisiti fondamentali
- 7–10 years of sales experience
- Experience with customers in aerospace or energy sectors
- Fluent English
