WE'RE HIRING: WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST (30H) — COLD STORE MILAN, PORTA TICINESE

Behind every piece that hits the store floor, there's someone like you keeping the rhythm.

YOUR MISSION

STOCK & OPERATIONS

Flawless receiving: you receive, check and sort all incoming merchandise, spotting any discrepancy.

You organize the stockroom to COLD standards: everything in its place, everything easy to find.

You prepare product before it hits the floor: tagging, security tags, folding and presentation.

You take part in inventories, regular stock counts and the management of returns, transfers and defective items.

REPLENISHMENT & SALES SUPPORT

Street speed: you replenish fast and accurately, prioritizing best-sellers and critical sizes.

You anticipate the store's needs to avoid stock-outs.

You stay in constant communication with the sales team.

You get the stockroom ready for launches, promotions, sales and peak moments.

ORDER & STANDARDS

The stockroom as a temple: clean, tidy and safe at all times.

You follow internal processes for receiving, storing and moving merchandise.

You take care of the product, because it's part of the COLD experience.

IS THIS YOU?





You have experience in warehouse, logistics or replenishment — ideally in retail or fashion.

You're methodical, fast and efficient under pressure.

You're comfortable with physical work and large volumes of product.

You have a strong sense of organization and an eye for detail.

You work well in a team and coordinate with the rest of the store.

You're available on weekends and holidays.

You speak Italian; English is a plus.

THE ROLE

Tempo parziale position, 30 hours per week, immediate start.

COLD Store Milan — Porta Ticinese.

Rotating shifts according to store activity.

Initial training and brand outfit included.
