As Senior Program Manager, you will lead Vertiv's 3-year Global Operations Strategic Roadmap and cross-functional initiatives to drive operational excellence. You will coordinate strategy deployment from global to regional levels, ensuring timely delivery and measurable benefits. Your work with Lean, Hoshin Kanri, and continuous improvement will shape manufacturing performance across regions. Responsabilità

- Lead the strategic initiatives portfolio and ensure initiatives progress on schedule, budget, and deliver targeted outcomes across 3–5 years
- Maintain visibility across active programs with standardized tracking, milestones, risk registers, and executive reporting
- Coordinate Breakthrough Objectives across pillars and support annual strategy deployment (X-Matrix, Hoshin Kanri, QBRs)
- Provide project planning, milestone/scope/resource/financial/change management across the portfolio
- Improve information quality for future decisions via benchmarking and best practices
- Interface with stakeholders on status, constraints, and strategic decision support
- Align cross-regional initiatives across Americas, EMEA, Asia with standardized governance and escalation protocols
- Facilitate cross-site sharing of best practices and read-across activities
- Act as business partner in transactional complexity reduction and support for new systems deployments




- Support VOS deployment and governance integration to drive Lean and continuous improvement
- Drive strategy deployment discipline linking 3-year objectives to annual targets and measurable KPIs
- Coordinate governance cadences and executive reporting for clear, actionable insights
- Manage risk and contingency planning across the portfolio and provide benchmarking and adoption plans
- Collaborate on project initiation, requirements, documentation, and implementation
- Provide external benchmarking and best-practice adoption for strategic direction

Requisiti fondamentali

- 10+ years of progressive program management experience in manufacturing operations
- Global scope experience coordinating programs across multiple regions in a matrixed environment with 30+ plants
- Strong knowledge of strategy deployment methods (Hoshin Kanri, X-Matrix) and translating strategy into executable plans
- Proven ability to influence across cross-functional and cross-regional teams without direct authority
- Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled analytics
- Experience interfacing with senior leadership and delivering executive-ready communications
- Excellent organizational skills managing 10+ concurrent initiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Sales, IT, and Plant Operations
- Change agent mindset with drive to initiate action and complete programs
- Experience with Hoshin Kanri / X-Matrix facilitation and cascading workshops
- AI literacy for project analytics, scenario modeling, and reporting automation
