Overview

As HSE Site Supervisor in the M Renewables team, you will lead on-site safety management for renewable energy construction projects in Italy. You will assess and improve HSE plans, supervise contractor activities, and ensure full regulatory compliance and documentation. You'll coordinate emergency planning and site safety files, collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize risk. This role offers a meaningful chance to contribute to a sustainable, safety-focused energy transition at scale.

Responsabilità

- Monitor, evaluate and improve HSE Plans and implement improvement actions
- Supervise contractor/subcontractor activities and verify site documentation
- Review and prepare Safety Plans for construction sites
- Review project drawings and POS to identify H&S; issues
- Ensure HSE information is visible on site and documentation is compliant




- Prepare and maintain the site H&S; files per PSC, POS and legal requirements
- Develop emergency plans and establish key information for utilities and services
- Control subcontractor H&S; through briefings and discussions

Requisiti fondamentali

- HSE construction experience (3–5 years)
- Experience in energy projects is an advantage
- University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering is a plus
- Knowledge of Italian HSE Legislation
- Fluent English and fluent Italian
- HSE planning and on-site safety management
- Regulatory compliance (Italian HSE Legislation)
- Emergency planning and coordination
- Site documentation and file management
- Coordination with subcontractors and briefing
