In this role, you will work at the intersection of engineering, energy management and industrial operations, contributing to the performance, reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing environment. Your Responsibilities
• Support Manufacturing Operations in the management and improvement of existing technical systems, utilities and facilities.
• Ensure the availability, efficiency and proper management of electrical and fluid distribution systems, HVAC, extraction and filtration systems and other plant utilities.
• Monitor and improve cost, quality, energy and plant efficiency performance.
• Support the design and industrialization of new processes and modifications to existing systems, working closely with Plant Process Engineering.
• Coordinate activities related to maintenance, energy,
environmental services and general plant systems.
• Interface with external suppliers and technical partners, ensuring effective execution of activities and resolution of plant-related issues.
• Support the management of auxiliary materials and fixed assets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, technical standards and safety requirements.
• Where applicable, support the development and coordination of assigned resources, promoting skills development, engagement and effective collaboration Your Qualification, Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 0 to 4 years of experience in a relevant role
• Knowledge of energy management, industrial utilities and technical plant systems.
• Familiarity with energy modeling and simulation tools, data analytics and CAD/design tools.
• EGE (Esperto in Gestione dell'Energia) certification or equivalent energy management qualification is considered an asset.
• Fluent English and Italian
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to collaborate across technical teams, operations, and external suppliers. Our Offer
• Salary range: from 36000 € to 40000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
