Cittadella (Padua, Italy) Junior Product Specialist 10/22/2026 The Junior Product Specialist supports the Sales team in technical and commercial activities relating to PP products, contributing to the preparation of quotations and pricing analyses. He/she collaborates with R&D; and Marketing on product development and promotion, gradually developing technical skills and knowledge of the relevant markets. Main Activities
• Supports the management of new projects and product approvals with clients, working alongside the sales team to gather and analyse technical requirements.
• Supports the sales team in identifying the products best suited to specific applications and customers’ technical requirements, with the support of senior team members.
• Collaborates with the R&D; department in managing sample requests, supporting the monitoring of activities and their progress.
• Assists the sales team in promoting and developing strategic and innovative products, helping to gather the necessary technical and commercial information.
• Analyses commercial enquiries, checking the availability of solutions within the existing portfolio and supporting the team in assessing whether R&D; should be involved in new developments.
• Collects and organizes technical product documentation, coordinating with the technical teams to source the necessary information and helping to update technical and commercial documentation, in collaboration with Marketing.
• Provides technical and commercial support to the sales force, making available information and materials useful for presenting and promoting the product range.
• Gradually develops technical knowledge of products, applications and target markets, with a view to gaining increasing autonomy in supporting the Sales team.
• Supports the team in analysing target markets, applications and the competition,



helping to identify new product and business development opportunities.
• Supports the team in pricing, profitability and product positioning analyses, helping to prepare commercial quotations. Requirements Of The Position
• Recent master’s graduate in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Materials Science or related disciplines;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
• Residence or domicile in the area. Characteristics Of The Candidate

The salary range for this position is approximately between €25,000 and €30,000 gross per year, determined on the basis of experience, skills and the responsibilities required by the role.
