Role Description This full-time on-site Network Specialist role is based in Tuscany, Italy. The Network Specialist will install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, ensuring stable and high-performance connectivity across the organization. Daily responsibilities include monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing security measures and best practices, and assisting in network design and optimization. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting network configurations and procedures, and supporting upgrades, migrations, and incident response activities.



The Network Specialist will also contribute to capacity planning and continuous improvement of the network environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Administration and Networking for managing and supporting enterprise network environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting to diagnose, analyze, and resolve network-related issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess skills in Network Security to implement and maintain secure network architectures and protect critical infrastructure.
• Candidates should possess skills in Network Design to plan, optimize, and scale network topologies in line with business needs.
• Relevant experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN technologies is beneficial.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and ITIL-based support processes is an advantage.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative, multicultural environment are important.
