Role Description This full-time remote Chief Executive Officer role at PT TRANS GLOBAL TERPADU (member of LX International Indonesia) is responsible for leading the overall strategic direction, operational performance, and sustainable growth of the company. The CEO will set long-term objectives, develop business plans, and ensure alignment with the parent group’s regional and global strategies. Daily responsibilities include overseeing key business functions, reviewing financial and operational reports, making data-driven decisions, and managing budgets and investments. The CEO will collaborate with senior leaders to optimize processes, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance. This role also involves representing the company to internal and external stakeholders, driving organizational culture, mentoring leadership teams, and ensuring effective communication across departments in a remote-work environment. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.




• Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to oversee corporate operations, workflows, and executive support functions.
• Experience in Accounting and financial oversight to manage budgets, analyze performance, and support strategic investment decisions.
• Customer Service orientation, with a focus on client satisfaction, service quality, and long-term partnership development.
• Proven executive leadership experience, preferably as CEO or senior executive in a multinational or regional organization.
• Strategic planning and business development capabilities, with a track record of driving growth and operational excellence.
• Ability to lead in a remote and distributed work environment, including strong digital collaboration and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• High ethical standards, resilience under pressure, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive leadership.
