Across industries ranging from Automotive and Telecommunications to Finance and e-Commerce, we combine technical expertise with strong Agile practices to help our clients deliver value efficiently and sustainably. We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our QA & Agile Competence Center and support one of our projects within a large-scale and complex environment. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling Agile teams to work effectively, continuously improve, and deliver value in a predictable and sustainable way. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, management, and other stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, and ensure that Agile principles are effectively applied in practice. What You'll Be Doing
• Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Coach Agile teams in Scrum principles, Agile values, and effective ways of working.
• Support teams in becoming increasingly self-organized, collaborative, and accountable.
• Identify, manage,
and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Work closely with Product Owners to support effective backlog refinement, prioritization, and Sprint planning.
• Facilitate collaboration between Product, Development, QA, Architecture, and other project stakeholders.
• Support teams in improving delivery predictability, flow, and transparency.
• Use Agile metrics and delivery data to identify improvement opportunities and support fact-based discussions.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and help teams address challenges in a constructive and collaborative way.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure that retrospective actions are followed through.
• Support stakeholders in understanding and adopting Agile principles and ways of working.
• Contribute to Agile transformation initiatives and the continuous improvement of delivery practices across the organization.
• Act as a servant leader and trusted partner for the team, Product Owner, and wider project stakeholders. What You'll Bring Along
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in complex or large-scale environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum,
Agile principles, and Agile delivery practices.
• Proven experience coaching and supporting cross-functional Agile teams.
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to effectively lead discussions with different stakeholder groups.
• Experience identifying and removing impediments and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Experience supporting Product Owners with backlog management, refinement, prioritization, and Sprint planning.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics and experience using delivery data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and translate retrospective insights into concrete actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to challenge constructively and manage difficult conversations.
• Experience working in international and distributed teams is an advantage.
• Experience in complex environments with multiple teams, dependencies, and stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals while adapting the approach to different levels of Agile maturity.
• A proactive, pragmatic, and collaborative mindset, with a strong focus on value delivery and team effectiveness.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or other scaling frameworks is a plus.
• Scrum Master certification such as PSM, CSM, or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience in a technical environment, software development, QA, or IT delivery is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory
