As pioneers in the development of inverters and modular stationary energy storage systems, we enable the optimal use and distribution of renewable energy and support the transition toward smarter and more sustainable energy infrastructures. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager BESS – Italy to join our team at our Headquarters in Casole d’Elsa (Siena, Italy).

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Energy Storage market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Expand Pramac's market presence and support business development and marketing initiatives for Energy Storage Solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and product expert within the assigned market.
• Contribute to the definition and execution of the sales strategy for the C&I; Energy Storage business.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies,



and industry developments. Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or related commercial activities.
• Experience in energy storage, renewable energy, power generation, electrical equipment, or related sectors is considered a plus.
• Availability to travel as required.
• Professional proficiency in English. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage customer interactions and support commercial growth.
• Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of B2B commercial environments is advantageous.
