About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager based in Milan to develop relationships with Italian and European luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry and lifestyle brands. Responsibilities
* Identify and approach high-potential Italian and European brands
* Build relationships with founders, executives and international business teams
* Evaluate China market entry and licensing opportunities
* Lead early-stage discussions and partnership development
* Coordinate with our China team on market research, proposals and project execution
* Represent Yibi Hantang at relevant industry events and meetings Qualifications
* Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry or premium lifestyle industries
* Background in brand partnerships, business development, licensing or international expansion
* Strong understanding of the Italian and European brand landscape
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Fluent Italian and professional English
