* Identify and prioritize AI opportunities with stakeholders
* Gather and document business requirements via interviews, workshops, and reviews
* Translate needs into functional/technical specs for AI solutions
* Conduct cost-agevolazioni analyses and define KPIs to measure value
* Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, IT teams, and vendors
* Ensure compliance with ethical AI, data governance, and privacy laws
* Serve as liaison among business, technical teams, and external vendors
* Drive change management and support user adoption through training and communication
* Maintain project documentation and contribute to process optimization and AI governance
* 4+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in energy or industrial sectors
* 2+ years on AI/ML projects
* Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data lifecycle, and cloud platforms
* Familiarity with Power BI, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence
