Senior Principal IC Technical Project Leader
- Broadband IC (d/m/f) Pavia ams Italy S.r.l.
* Technical leader responsible for driving strategic broadband optical communication IC developments from concept through production while providing company-wide technical Leadership
* Lead execution of complex multi-disciplinary IC programs
* Drive technical decision-making across organizations
* Establish program-level technical plans and risk mitigation

* Align technology strategy with business objectives
* Mentor project leaders and senior engineers Who we are looking for
* MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
* 15+ years semiconductor development experience
* Proven technical leadership of multiple successful products
* Broadband optical communication IC development across architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging, test and validation
* Risk and stakeholder management
* Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required Your tasks
