The Role
As a Financial Controller, you will report directly to the Division Controller and be an integral part of the Controlling team. You will support a broad range of financial and controlling activities across the Division, working in an international and global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales analysis
Opex monthly review
Production cost analysis
Variance analysis
Cost analysis and monthly forecast
Support to the Divisional Controller for budget and forecasting activities
Monthly P&L; and BS closing and internal reporting
CAPEX monitoring
Monitoring of Account receivable
Data analysis for performance review
Economical and financial KPI monitoring
Ensure compliance with company standards for quality, health, safety and environment
Your Profile
Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering
3–5 years of experience in a controlling or finance role, or in a Big 4 audit firm
Good knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and IFRS
Fluent Italian and fluent English (written and spoken): you will report to and work with international colleagues and stakeholders on a daily basis
Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent Excel xysqume skills and familiarity with ERP and reporting systems
Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
Availability for occasional travel to company locations
What We Offer
Salary range of €38,000 – €42,000 gross per year, depending on experience
