WE'RE HIRING: WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST (30H) — COLD STORE MILAN, PORTA TICINESE

YOUR MISSION
STOCK & OPERATIONS
- Flawless receiving: you receive, check and sort all incoming merchandise, spotting any discrepancy.
- You organize the stockroom to COLD standards: everything in its place, everything easy to find.
- You prepare product before it hits the floor: tagging, security tags, folding and presentation.
- You take part in inventories, regular stock counts and the management of returns, transfers and defective items.
REPLENISHMENT & SALES SUPPORT
- Street speed: you replenish fast and accurately, prioritizing best-sellers and critical sizes.
- You anticipate the store's needs to avoid stock-outs.
- You stay in constant communication with the sales team.
- You get the stockroom ready for launches, promotions, sales and peak moments.
ORDER & STANDARDS
- The stockroom as a temple: clean, tidy and safe at all times.
- You follow internal processes for receiving, storing and moving merchandise.
- You take care of the product, because it's part of the COLD experience.
- See an operational problem? You're already proposing the solution.
IS THIS YOU?
- You have experience in warehouse, logistics or replenishment — ideally in retail or fashion.
- You're methodical, fast and efficient under pressure.
- You're comfortable with physical work and large volumes of product.
- You have a strong sense of organization and an eye for detail.
- You work well in a team and coordinate with the rest of the store.
- You're available on weekends and holidays.
- You speak Italian; English is a plus.
THE ROLE
- Tempo parziale position, 30 hours per week, immediate start.
- COLD Store Milan — Porta Ticinese.
- Rotating shifts according to store activity.
- Initial training and brand outfit included.
