Identify and prioritize AI opportunities with stakeholders
Gather and document business requirements via interviews, workshops, and reviews
Translate needs into functional/technical specs for AI solutions
Conduct cost-agevolazioni analyses and define KPIs to measure value
Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, IT teams, and vendors
Ensure compliance with ethical AI, data governance, and privacy laws
Serve as liaison among business, technical teams, and external vendors
Drive change management and support user adoption through training and communication
Maintain project documentation and contribute to process optimization and AI governance
4+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in energy or industrial sectors
2+ years on AI/ML projects
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data lifecycle, and cloud platforms
Familiarity with Power BI, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
