Job Description
Technical Consultant As a Technical Consultant you will perform standard technical implementation and support activities by following defined procedures, methodologies, solution designs and work instructions. Your role:
- Install, configure, test, maintain and support hardware and software solutions in line with defined procedures and solution designs.
- Complete system builds, deployments, upgrades, activation, restoration and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot standard technical issues and escalate complex or non-standard problems to the appropriate experts.
- Configure, test and validate basic HL7 interfaces for Radiology Informatics solutions using predefined designs and mappings.
- Support integration testing and requirements documentation with Integration Specialists and customer IT teams.
- Follow configuration management, version-control and Philips Excellence Process Framework practices.
- Collaborate with project, service and customer teams, support knowledge
