The Italy Finance Manager / Senior Controller is an operational and strategic role reporting directly to the Italy General Manager. Responsible for creating the finance department in the Italian subsidiary, he/she has the operational responsibility to establish financial fundamentals, processes, and reporting, collaborating closely with external accounting experts on concrete topics such as cash management and VAT handling. Beyond these foundations, the role will cover end-to-end financial management including budgeting, forecasting, P&L;, and tax compliance, acting as a key business partner to local and regional teams. He/she ensures the reliability of financial data,



supports investment decisions, and drives performance across the market.
Job Description: Implementation and Development of the Italian subsidiary
Definition and implementation of financial and accounting processes
Preparation of accounting records and proactive collaboration with our external accounting partner
Adaptation of Group tools to local requirements (Business Central, CEGID…)
Implementation of reporting systems, management accounting, and financial monitoring processes
Support for the team in all IT-related matters and coordination with external IT partners
Build and develop the local Finance function by recruiting, onboarding and developing local finance teams
Lead financial reporting, performance analysis and P&L; management
Processing of travel expense reports and validation of payroll data
