Your role
We are seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise across performance channels to support the execution and optimization of data-driven growth initiatives. The role will focus on driving measurable results across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and retail media, with a specific focus on Amazon’s advertising and operational ecosystem.
We are looking for a candidate who combines hands-on media buying excellence with strong analytical curiosity and a deep understanding of retail media data architecture to build advanced measurement frameworks that go beyond standard platform reporting.
Main responsibilities:
- Retail Media Leadership: Strategy, execution, and scaling of full-funnel Amazon campaigns, leveraging Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and Amazon DSP to drive incremental growth.
- Advertising Data Strategy & AMC: Utilize Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to build advanced measurement models, track cross-channel path-to-purchase journeys, analyze incrementality, and develop custom audience segments.
- Retail Operations Alignment: Bridge advertising strategies with Amazon retail operations, continuously aligning ad spend with inventory health, Buy Box ownership, glance views, and catalog dynamics.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Search, Social, and Display to hit core KPIs (ROAS, CPA, and Revenue).
- Advanced Measurement & Analytics: Support the development of sophisticated measurement frameworks, such as custom attribution models, lifetime value (LTV) analysis, and New-to-Brand (NTB) acquisition strategies.
- Data Synthesis & Reporting: Analyze and interpret complex retail and media datasets to guide budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional performance recommendations.
Main requirements:
- 2–3+ years of hands‑on experience managing full-funnel Amazon ad strategies, including Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP.
- Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) Expertise: Demonstrated experience using AMC to uncover custom retail media insights, develop custom attribution frameworks, and build first-party target audiences.
- Amazon Retail Operations Knowledge: Solid understanding of Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central logistics and operations, including inventory forecasting, Buy Box dynamics, catalog management, and organic vs. paid synergy.
- Paid Media Track Record: Proven experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to connect retail operations data with ad performance to make strategic, revenue-driving decisions.
- Communication: Clear ability to translate complex advertising data, AMC queries, and retail trends for non-technical stakeholders.
