/p h3Overview /h3 h3We are looking for a Content Strategy Lead /h3 pReporting to the Head of Content, the successful candidate will join our Content team and bring 7-8+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital communications, and brand planning, ideally gained within creative, social-first, or integrated agency environments. /p pThe Content Strategy Lead will be responsible for defining and driving social media strategies across a portfolio of clients, ensuring that brands remain culturally relevant, audience-centric, and impactful across platforms. The role combines strategic thinking, client leadership, team management, and a deep understanding of the ever-evolving social ecosystem. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the development of integrated social media strategies for local and global clients across multiple categories. /li liDefine platform-specific approaches, channel architectures, content ecosystems, and audience engagement strategies. /li liTranslate business, marketing, and communication objectives into actionable social strategies that drive brand growth. /li liAct as the strategic lead and trusted advisor for clients on all social-first and digital culture topics. /li liGuide social planning throughout campaign development, ensuring alignment between strategy, creativity, content, media, and production. /li liMonitor cultural,
consumer, and platform trends, identifying opportunities for brands to participate in relevant conversations. /li liDeliver audience, competitive, and social landscape analyses to uncover insights and recommendations. /li liLead strategic workshops, presentations, and client-facing meetings. /li liManage and mentor a team of Social Strategists, fostering growth, collaboration, and strategic excellence. /li liCollaborate closely with Creative, Account, Media, Data Insights, and Production teams to ensure integrated thinking. /li liEstablish measurement frameworks and KPIs to evaluate social performance and optimize future initiatives. /li liContribute to new business pitches and agency growth opportunities through strategic thinking and social expertise. /li liAdvocate for innovation by exploring emerging platforms, technologies, creator ecosystems, and social behaviors. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Who You Are: /h3 ul li7-8 years of experience in Social Strategy, Digital Strategy, Communications Planning, or related disciplines. /li liStrong knowledge of major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Twitch, Reddit, and emerging channels. /li liDeep understanding of social culture, creator economy dynamics, online communities, and digital behaviors. /li liProven experience developing strategic frameworks and social roadmaps for international and local brands. /li liStrong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data and insights into actionable recommendations. /li liExcellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills. /li liExperience managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. /li liDemonstrated leadership experience
